Salon Series in the Garden: Natural Winemakers of California

Join Hauser & Wirth Los Angeles and Manuela restaurant for their third salon, which will focus on the production of natural wines, specifically within the California landscape.
Winemakers Faith Armstrong-Foster of Onward + Farmstrong Wines and Marlen Porter of Amplify Wines will each share their unique knowledge and expertise in the making of natural wines, illuminating the rewards and challenges for independent winemakers in California today. This conversation will be moderated by Lou Amdur, revered owner of Lou Wine Shop in Los Feliz.
‘Salon Series in the Garden’ is a distinctive dining experience for creative thinkers interested in the culinary and visual arts. Each salon brings together noted guest speakers to explore various topics pertaining to art, architecture, nature, food, and music. The ideas shared in the conversation will then foster further discussion over a family-style meal by Chef Kris Tominaga.

Mushrooms and Magnums - L.A. Times Food Bowl Event

Join our chef, Kris Tominga, and Matt Parker from Shiitake Happens for a family style dinner in our garden. The evening starts with a welcome drink featuring Mulholland Distilling and music on vinyl. Dinner will highlight wild funghi and feature proteins and produce from our local farmers. Magnums of wine from our favorite winemakers will be selected to complement Chef's menu. Seating will be communal.
